We got these clients paid over a week ago, but no check to show here...instead, funds were wired directly into the clients bank...this wonderful family from down in the Valley had a property on San Antonio's North side that they lost to foreclosure, but the numbers were such that we were able to get them back a large amount back as a result of the sale, and a record recovery for us! THANK YOU to our favorite people down in San Benito!

Blessed to be able to help this nice San Antonio couple with recovering these funds, only EIGHT DAYS after their home was foreclosed on...in this case, it helped that both the lienholder that foreclosed AND the substitute trustee who was hired to do the sale are both in San Antonio...VERY easy deal, and although the couple have to eventually vacate the property and move out they do now have a good chunk of $ they can use to make this temporary setback a little less stressful. Thank you for the opportunity to do what we said we could do for you, folks!

As mentioned earlier, we were hoping to assist the other co-owner of a foreclosed property in the southern part of San Antonio recover THEIR share of funds, and we were successful! Thank you for the opportunity to help, P.C.!

Received this recovery check this week, and it was by far the easiest and quickest one yet! Only took 8-9 days from the time we found and met the client (a hard-working recently-divorced woman who along with her ex owned some land along with some improvements on the far South side of town) to getting her her overage...THANK YOU S.C. for the opportunity to help you with this! (With a little luck, we'll help her ex get HIS share too!)

It's not as big as most of our previous checks, as a matter of fact we went in thinking there'd be a decent chance of recovering 5x this, but after the mortgage company helped themselves to another $20K, we were left with this, but it's still a blessing, and our clients still appreciate it...THANK YOU for letting us help!

So happy to recover these funds for a recent foreclosure victim...this homeowner lost his wife a few years ago and now his home, but at least he has this to put to good use.
February 2023
Despite taking 14 DAYS to come via certified mail from PLANO, our latest check finally arrived! Ecstatic for our client, the only child of a veteran who passed away. THANK YOU for trusting us to get the job done!

This check is DEFINITELY NOT A TRICK, rather a very appreciate TREAT we found for a San Antonio homeowner who lost her NE side home. Again, the majority of mortgage foreclosures do NO present these kinds of opportunities, but every month dozens of homeowners who lose their homes qualify for checks like this! If we contact you, PLEASE RESPOND, as it means we're fairly confident you're one of those lucky ones!

Another homeowner we've been able to help this month was a single mom who had the bank take away the roof over not only her head but her children as well. They were forced to temporarily move in with a co-worker. We met her as she was removing the last of her belongings and cleaning the home she had just lost. She trusted us to do what we said we would do, and we came through!

We were fortunate enough recently to help an East Texas couple...they lost a home they owned and on top of that had a child with serious medical issues, but they put their faith in us and we helped them recover some much-needed funds...
- Is this a scam?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. In the state of Texas, when a mortgageholder or lienholder forecloses, they are ONLY allowed to keep what they are OWED on the lien, NOT what they sell the property for at the foreclosure auction. BY LAW, any excess or overage from the foreclosure belongs to the property owner being foreclosed on, assuming the owner(s) have no other liens on the property, judgements, child support liens, etc. But no one really puts much effort after the sale to INFORM the homeowner of any such available proceeds. (Keep in mind, the majority of foreclosures do not produce any excess funds...only may 10-20% do on a monthly basis.) We research these monthly sales, look for these cases where homeowners are due back $, and try to locate, inform, educate and assist them in claiming such proceeds.
